Fickle dahlias photographed in San Francisco at The Dahlia Garden in Golden Gate Park. It was such a blessing and pleasure to be among the dahlias at The Dahlia Garden for about five years in a row, though as an illness became worse, I shot a lot less in the fourth and fifth years. I returned a few times, too, but it was during the first three years of my dahlia garden photography that I got most of nearly 25,000 photos of dahlias (some are duplicates and more)! June is a wonderful month of the year to visit the dahlia garden. The Fickle dahlia is one of the most-stunning dahlias I photographed at The Dahlia Garden in Golden Gate Park.
